Great help by Frans van Gils with difficulties with the adjustment of the camping satellite dish, where Canal Digital thought of a defective receiver. Receiver was tested and found to work 100%. Good instruction for adjustment and use of aids was provided. Result: the entire holiday period at 4 campsites requires a short time for a good picture! And all that as a free service is definitely worth 5 stars !!
I had a problem renewing my subscription with Joyne .satelietTV. I then called SatPoint-Wijchen. Although not my dealer at Joyne, my problem was immediately taken seriously. As a dealer of Joyne, he has direct access to that company and by first arranging temporary access so that I could watch TV again, my problem could now be solved. Direct service and SatPoint-Wijchen does not rest until all bumps have been cleared up. Super service !!!
Satpoint Wijchen has helped us well and kindly with the problems we had with the dish of our camper. Update and reset everything, good advice and all at a great price!
Frans visited us yesterday to help find lost English senders and set up Netflix through the campsite WiFi. Fantastic everything worked out. Need help then enable Satpoint Wijchen aka French. He will not leave until the problems are resolved.
Satpoint Wijchen helped us well with the problems we had with our camper and its dish. He thinks in solution and not in problems super work and a very neat service. He knows what it does and has extensive knowledge of systems in this area.
