I am shocked to see that I have never written a review for Buitengoed De Gaard in Heythuysen. When I think about the four-season cottage, which I visited with one of my best friends, I get a feeling of homesickness. We enjoyed the care, the ambiance and not to forget the hot tub under the stars. Of course I also wanted to introduce my family to the hospitality of Anja and Bas Versteeg and we booked the gypsy wagon (or the Mammalou wagon?) We also have wonderful memories of that. I can recommend the pampering of Buitengoed de Gaard to everyone!

Every year we are completely pampered by the wonderfully hospitable Anja and Bas. All accommodations are fully equipped and exude nostalgia in the decoration, but are equipped with all modern conveniences. Think of air conditioning, underfloor heating, induction cooker, TVs, etc. As an extra you can use the wood-fired hot tub and pool. And there are really easy mini-eggs to cuddle with. There is a library and many play options for young children. All kinds of delicacies are always ready in the accommodation, such as fresh eggs, organic honey, ingredients to make a delicious soup (in autumn / winter, for example, pumpkin soup) and much more! We cannot stop talking about this wonderful place where you can completely unwind. And if you have any doubts ... just book, then you know for sure that we were right. 😊

Beautiful old house, walled by garden, swimming pool, goats and more. Spotless, cared to the last detail, various products are taken care of; you immediately feel welcome and pampered. Beds sleep wonderfully, bath with shower head, TV with netflix and wifi, beautiful surroundings (Leudal) for walking / cycling! You walk straight along the country road to the Busjop where you can sit outside on the terrace. Sympathetic family with the heart in the right place. If you are very sensitive to noise from traffic then the music house is not the best location, but perhaps a nice pipo wagon further on the site ..! :)

Really nice place to completely unwind. Everything has been arranged down to the last detail with a lot of love and attention.
