You immediately dismiss yourself with the first email contact, without the actual plans / execution date being known. There is also no action to make a quotation (because people are full). And that is understandable, but my application was for the course of 2022. Would have been nice if they had just called and heard the plans. Then contacted for text and explanation, but the receptionist is quite uninterested about it .. I say, skip this company ....

Do you have a leak, call, and then they ask if you are a customer and have a subscription? No??? Then gentleman is in a meeting and you can call back, then you ask nicely if they can help you and because you are not a customer you will not be helped either !!!! What a ...... Company. If you have a big job (new roof) then they will be home !!!

I had requested four quotes for the renovation and insulation of four roofs of our house in Mheer; three from local roofers and from Verkoelen from Weert, 70 km from here. Initially I gave Verkoelen the least chance because the travel costs would probably be taken into account. Cooling did not have the most expensive nor the cheapest offer. The deciding factor in choosing for Cooling was first and foremost the reputation of professional competence, but above all the care with which the tender was composed: every detail of the work to be performed and all materials to be used were stated in it. Whereas other roofers were satisfied with a global offer of an A-4, Verkoelen took the trouble to describe the work in detail on six A-4. The work was carried out professionally. Unforeseen circumstances were resolved without taking into account the materials required for this. Cooling and the six specialists who have done the job deserve a big compliment; hereby. They were all coffee beans and a piece of pie always went in as a cake. Conclusion: recommendable.

Cooling was not the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive. What was decisive in choosing Verkoelen was first of all the reputation of professional competence, but above all the meticulousness of the quotation: all activities and the materials to be used were meticulously described in the six-page quotation. (Two local roofers were satisfied with a vague description on one (1) page). The work was done professionally. Unforeseen circumstances were resolved without charging additional material costs. No expense or effort was spared to achieve a high degree of perfection. Verkoelen Weert has put six specialists to work here in Mheer who have delivered a good product. They have earned a lot of praise; hereby. It was six coffee cups where a piece of flan went in like cake. 🤪 Conclusion: recommended.
