My sandwiches were prepared directly on the counter, without a cutting board or plate underneath. A crate was placed on the same countertop that must have also stood on the floor (which is what crates are also intended for). The lady also did not wear gloves or had her hands washed beforehand. And finally, the sandwich is given in a plastic tray and plastic bag, which is very harmful to the environment. From a hygienic point of view and the environmental aspect, I do not recommend this bakery. The bread itself tasted fine by the way. And the staff seems friendly to me.
