Sent a letter over a month ago and still no answer from the clerk

After we went through the check gate my brother and I arrived in the waiting room. What we didn't know, because luckily we don't get there every day, was that we had to sign up. A very unpleasant person called us to us, if we could possibly bring the decency to report us! (a number of negative statements followed) The approach was extremely surly, rude and very unfriendly. People who have to appear there bring a portion of excitement. To be approached in this way certainly does not cooperate in these charged situations! I don't have a good word about how we were addressed!

Old-fashioned, unfriendly and unhelpful. An application made at the end of July. September first response. First time all documents were sent (by mail, nothing is done by mail), it had disappeared / never arrived. Sent again, a piece was missing, this was missing because of my actions. This piece with name address sent etc was not accepted because there is no feature on it. Wanted contact with my contact, never succeeded. Wanted to pass something on to my contact person, they are not allowed to do it by telephone. Unfriendly by telephone. So far I can't find anything good about this instance. Except a friendly telephone operator once. That's why two stars.

The messengers were very abrupt, reacting derogantly, as if we should have known everything. This makes you feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. The lack of eye contact during conversation does not help either. Maybe this is because the coffee machine was broken? Sometimes you have to go to court through no fault of your own, then a little kindness is nice.
