Crook, stay very far away! This woman supposedly had my case 'pending' for more than 1 year. She has been sending letters and emails to the counterparty and insurer for months, without any result, yes for her own bank account. When I was fed up after more than a year and said that I am going to another lawyer / attorney, she shamelessly sends me an invoice of 4000 euros! Another woman who has the same case, against the same counterparty, her lawyer has immediately taken action and they have already been admitted to liability. Something that Krista Smit has not yet succeeded after 1 year, deeply sad. Outrageous her way of working. Shouldn't be called a lawyer. Even other lawyers say this. Save yourself the misery and choose another one. Reaction to her reaction here: You have not worked for my cause because after more than 1 year you have achieved nothing at all. What another lawyer can do with 1 phone call. A second opinion, for what? Because you don't do your job! And keep saying I have a new job or training next to it. In other words, no time for my case. That 4000 euros makes no sense because liability has not even been recognized yet. And if that is the case, it is not yet known what amount. And to get things moving? Stop it. The other case has already been concluded and you have not achieved anything yet. * The other 2 who give 5 stars here is her friend and family. Update: in the end I started looking after my own interests and guess what ... the case went straight away and got compensation. Krista Smit has been unable to achieve anything after 1 year and if you do it yourself it will go better / faster.
