Unreliable. Does not come appointments. Not even after many promises. Not recommended.

Monday at the end of the morning I called and at 3 pm someone was there to replace the tap. Very happy with it.

Called last Monday if anyone could come and look at my leaking kitchen faucet. This was possible on Wednesday and someone would arrive between 14:00 and 15:00. At 3:30 pm there was nobody yet and therefore contacted Mr. Wildeboer; he did not understand why there was no one yet, because he had sent someone in my direction. He would call after this. However, I was not called back and therefore at 16:30 a second call to Mr. Wildeboer. Someone was on the way now, but he had been delayed by another customer. It would take another hour before he was with me. In the meantime, it was 6:22 pm and there had still been no one. Again tried several times to get Mr. Calling Wildeboer but I got the voicemail for it. It is now, at the time of writing, 5 hours after someone came to see me and no one showed up. Conclusion of this story: Mr. Wildeboer (and his company) are customer unfriendly, do not commit to their customers, lie altogether and completely unreliable. Please, just like me, find another, very reliable plumber!

Not being able to make a quote in 3 weeks, but taking parts from a broken toilet ..... and even after twice calling nothing yet ....

If you love your house you don't let these people in it. They do half the work and if you address them, they will not keep their commitments. Very bad.
