Ravin J Raktoe, tandartsen Arnhem

Because my own dentist was on vacation and I needed a new filling, I unfortunately ended up with dentist Raktoe. I was ready within 5 minutes, which surprised me and I asked if this had gone well! It was fine, he said, but the filling just fell out completely within 2 weeks! Now I have to make double costs to have it repaired again, I did not come to an emergency consultation hour and had no pain complaints, but this man just wanted to earn his money quickly and also failed to report that he was going to place an emergency refill because then of course I'd rather wait for my own dentist to return! When I called with a complaint about this it was bluntly said that he did say it, in other words, I'm lying ?? There would be consultations and I would be called back, but this just didn't happen either! People who work in dental care themselves already told me that they would never lie in this man's chair and I fully agree with that! Dentist Raktoe stands for customer unfriendliness, is unprofessional and leaves a bad uninterested impression on me! Unfortunately.

Ravin has been my / our dentist for 15 years now. I came there with my parents when I just started college. I brained way too late and that had repercussions on my gums and my enamel has never been beautiful until then. I can clearly remember two moments, the first was when I came for a check-up once, 20 years old and full of student life. Or I smoked. I was shocked because my parents did not know that so a lot of things went through my head. Ravin thought it was all fine (not :)), but wanted me to realize what I was doing. If I wanted to see a video of what a cigarette butt did to your lungs. That video has always stayed with me, and when I quit smoking three years later, it was because I woke up in the morning with that bad taste of a dozen butts and thought about the dentist and what he had said at the time. The second was when I went back to live in Arnhem after my studies and discussed with Ravin what the options were to get my teeth back in order. The dental hygienist first made the gums healthy and then Ravin came with his magic. I was already prepared for all kinds of crowns, but everything has been restored with incredibly beautiful fillings. Now when I receive a compliment for my smile, I always say that it is from my dentist. And just class how they are always ready for you, if there is something you can usually go the same day. Really happy with it.

Ravin is a great dentist, very calm and knowledgeable and willing to think along with you. Very nice to always be able to look at the monitor. He informs well and shows what he does or has done. He has a special kind of injection needle and not a scary big syringe and that's really nice. Edwin the dental hygienist is just as skilful and you always know how to treat painlessly, they are a perfect team, with them you are in good hands. Tip: you can park for free for 2 hours at the permit holder spots in the district if you have a blue disk!

All my life I have been a customer of Raktoe's predecessor and then Raktoe itself through the takeover. Because I moved to Nijmegen, I switched to a dentist there. After the first visit to my new dentist in Nijmegen, I would like to verify his proposed advice with the dentist I have always been a customer, Mr. Raktoe. Also because I was offered a solution that was new to me and I wanted to know if that was a normal procedure or if I might be better off looking for another dentist in the area. Unfortunately I received no cooperation at all. I have been a customer for over 30 years and the only thing the assistant came up with after consultation is that I would then have to pay a second opinion consultation. No consultation was possible. I emphasized that in the first instance I had not left because of them, but because I had moved. But it didn't matter. Out of sight out of mind. I already thought that it had become a lot more commercial after the takeover (see also the display), but you would say that there should also be a lot of customer-friendliness. Unfortunately. I thought this was extremely bad.

Very happy with their service, I felt very relaxed, thank you, treat me very carefully.
