Fairly large electronics store with lots of choice. You may get better deals elsewhere, but the physical store is convenient.
After purchasing a laptop I was informed there was an additional charge of 29eu for a pre installation of windows. This was not discussed when speaking with the staff before buying it. In the future it would be nice to be informed first by staff or something on the advertising
I bought a refregirator 11 days ago from Arnhem Media Markt shop. I payed money. They told me we will send you latest in 5 days. But nothing sent me. They told me we don't hace in stock. I went to go Arnhem and they give me money back but nobody sad me sorry.
I ate just fast food for this 11 day. If you dont have in stock why you dont say anything at first. They didn't do anything or didnt told me sorry. Just payed me money. Your customer relation is terrible!
Like all the other Media Markt stores. But it's very warm inside.
They have a good costumers service.
