Apple Premium Reseller Amac Arnhem

Had the most pleasant and professional experience with one of the employees at this Amac, Jelle. Despite the long waiting times, my Mac was fixed within a week! I'd like to note a very personal approach, as well as an overall professionalism: we discussed my options and I was provided with the most optimal solution, as well as consulted on the hardware. Would recommend this store to anyone, who's into Apple, since the prices are WAY lower than at the Apple store, and service is WAY more personal! 5/5

I had a serious issue with my MacBook Pro this morning: it wouldn't start and the recovery disk-utility showed that my startup drive was 'not bootable'. *** PANIC !!! *** I had my head racing around with all kind of disaster scenarios: buying a new Mac, spending days to install all my software and get all my settings back, etc. So I did what I always do when I get stuck: I went and found me an expert. In this case, I went to Amac Arnhem and brought my Lap-Top with me. Jelle was the guy serving me. Thank God, because he's a miracle worker! He asked a few questions, then connected his lap-top to mine with a Thunderbold cable (I have a MacBook-Pro 2012 and I didn't even know I had a Thunderbold port, I thought it was a 'mini-DVI' video port). Anyways, he told me what to do and lo and behold literally within only 10 (!!!) minutes after entering the shop everything was back to 'normal'. Now here's something you should know: I had no appointment, I bought my MacBook years ago through the online Mac Store, so I had absolutely no history with Amac. It just so happens that about two years ago I moved to Arnhem, and I had nowhere else to turn to. Not only did Jelle help me out, he gave me some great advice on how to better protect my data as well! All for free and with a smile ;-) I left home at 10:30 am, and was back home in time for my 11 o'clock appointment with a client! AMAZING! Typically, I only get this type of service in the USA. This is very un-Dutch! Just so you know: from now on Amac Arnhem is my #1 preferred seller for any computer supply !!! Thanks guys (and gals)!!! ~ Arwin

It was maybe not the friendliest store ever, but they wont hesitate to help and assist if you ask them. Brought my phone here and it works even tho i lost my memory. So yeah
