I ordered a BTO MacBook Pro 2 months ago that I had to pay in advance. After asking several times where my order was, I was informed that the MacBook had been canceled (by whom ...?). What couldn't be done with BTO products, but still ...
Amac has forgotten to refund my money to this day ... (or is it on an employee's account ...). After many phone calls to the general number with at least 40 minutes waiting time, still no money back. Is AMAC about to go bankrupt? I do not understand. When I get angry on the phone they even throw the phone at it.

Worst service ever had. Called four times that the stuff was ready and that turned out to be the case four times. After I got my 5th message, I only received 2/3 of my stuff and also wrong stuff. Been waiting for my phone for almost 2 months now. Apple customer service is really rubbish and they are only trying to take money from you. Now I have been waiting 6 days for Apple support who also let me down. In short, if you have more than 6k to spend, please don't go to Apple. Save yourself the trouble
I don't have a bad word about Amac's online customer service. I was almost always helped very quickly and well. Got clear advice and got a call after contact in chat. I only got a call from the store in Rotterdam. I planned to order an iPhone and a Macbook + some accessories. All in all, a decent order and I wanted to ask if something could be arranged with a free case and protection. The employee in Rotterdam indicated that if I ordered an iPhone 12, macbook air and a keyboard that he could provide a cover + protection for the front. And he would see if a symbolic discount was still possible. Because the stores are closed, he indicated that I could already place the order online and as soon as the stores are open again I could pick up the case in the store. But since Rotterdam was too far away and I would like to pick it up in Apeldoorn, he advised me to contact Apeldoorn by phone. Then did that, but the branch manager was not present. The next day I had to call back. And that is the reason that I give a bad review. I did not find the way of communication of the branch manager in Apeldoorn friendly at all. From the moment I indicated that I called for the branch manager, it already started with 'what do you want to ask then'. Not crazy words, but the tone was very blunt. And then nothing of the offer was right, because something like that was not possible at all. And she kept saying I hit her with it and she didn't know if this was possible. So at one point I asked "okay .. can you maybe figure this out?". Then it was uhmm yesaaa difficult, difficult ... actually I already know the answer. To which I wondered why she didn't just say it instead of repeating that she thought it was so strange and I surprised her with the question. It doesn't matter if you can't, but try to put it in a friendly tone of voice and be clear. If your shop has to close, make sure that the telephone service is on point. And that you can at least offer what you would normally do in the store. Then you will get the orders! ;-)
So today for the last time in the AMAC store in Apeldoorn.
The service that I value a lot is hard to find. My iPhone XR that is still under warranty has problems with the battery after the update to 14.2 and face-id can no longer be set. AMAC can still do a DFU investigation, but I have to pay for that, why, warranty and service center Apple. Apple support refers me to the local Apple dealer, but then you don't have to go to the AMAC.
