Worthless. Unbelievable that this can still be a Bang & Olufsen dealer .. no knowledge of the product at all, and uninterested pushy shop staff. Fortunately, I have regained confidence from the dealer in Houten .. old-fashioned know-how and service ..

Purchased and installed in 2018. Great service and no complaints. Last week I called with a problem and got an advice I couldn't handle. I was unable to connect the Beoplay headphones to my television (Horizon). According to B&O Nijmegen, this is also not possible with my TV and I had to buy a bluetooth extender or separate cable. I then asked the same question to the B&O dealer in Utrecht, who explained to me how to connect. Tried at home and it works perfectly. Glad I did not follow the advice of B&O Nijmegen. I also have the idea that there are now different advisers walking around than 2 years ago and seemingly not aware of the possibilities of the things they sell.

A very nice store with beautiful TVs and sound installations. Friendly staff and professional. Highly recommended no pushy fuss. Professional explanation and guidance in your purchase. So I recommend B&O
