They are expensive and they dont do the haircut that you like, i bring a picture of the style i want but still they didnt do it. I visit the salon for the 2nd time after the covid 19 lockdown, when I was there the kappers has no protection mask for themselves and the kapper is keep on talking while she's cutting my hair and the cape that she use for me was not fresh she already used it to the first customer I think because there are some white hair there already so disgusting, i feel they don't care for the customers even the haircut/ hairstyle that I want she didn't do it that's the bad experience I get for my 2nd visit and hope that's the last I won't recommend them to my friend because they don't have hygiene and protection the kappers should wear a mask especially when handling a customer because she spreading her saliva everywhere sorry. I hope the health office should check all the salons if they have safety protection for themselves and for the customers until now I still imagine the hairs on the cape.

Because the traffic was not going well for a while, I called Ami Kappers in Velp to let them know that I am on my way, but was 5 to 10 minutes late. "Customer friendly" I was told that I would then no longer have to come and make another appointment. At no hairdresser, dentist, physiotherapist or any company where they work by appointment has it ever happened to me or my environment that they prefer to have a customer return home for a 5 minute delay. Chapeau Ami Hairdressers.
