After a visit to the company (showroom was renovated) we ordered a new front door. Exactly according to your own wishes and at a very competitive price compared to other providers of the same doors. Communication was sometimes a bit slow due to corona, but in the end the new door was delivered exactly on the agreed day and placed in the existing frame. Perfect customization. In addition, on the advice of the inspector, have the rear door fitted with a three-point safety lock. Could be right with the placement of the front door. Old holes in window frames neatly plugged. That saved us a new door. In short, very satisfied with the whole and we can heartily recommend Startotaal.

Quality of the delivered product is good, but communication is terribly bad. Have been trying to make an appointment for weeks to repair jammed garage doors, but they are not available, will call you back later and do not show up for appointments made. Unfortunately I cannot recommend company.

Stark installed a front door (type Oxford) including frame with skylight. The door was measured on site by a Stark employee. After approximately 2 weeks, the door would be installed, but on site the technician establishes that the door has the wrong direction of rotation. Nothing can happen. Error acknowledged by Stark and about 1.5 weeks later the new door is installed. Beautifully placed by the mechanic by the way. As it turns out, the frame has been refurbished with filler without consultation. The holes of the hinges and the three-point lock have been filled up for conversion. A new door but placed in the old plastered frame. If I complain (several times) I get no response at all. Nothing.
