Got to Dirkzwager via DAS. The invoices were initially sent directly to DAS, so there was no audit. After I heard from DAS what Dirkzwager had charged so far, I was shocked. I then requested all invoices and went through them in detail. It turned out that 2 attorneys of Dirkzwager did not take it that hard to write hours. A real shame how many extra hours (300 euros per hour !!) were written because they knew that the customer would not see the invoices. After I spoke to them about this, they were only too happy to send a credit invoice to prevent further escalation. A case has since been brought before the Bar Association, since such fraudulent practices are unacceptable. My request to everyone to look for an office that has certain standards and value instead of this gang.
