I used Jacobs BV for removing my furniture and personal belonging from Netherlands to Denmark and I am really satisfied with them. They were really flexible, fast to answer, friendly, and I got everything delivered on time and in good conditions. I recommend their services.

Simply the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Things were just thrown into boxes & broken - no skill or work ethic whatsoever. We ended up paying for having our belongings trashed. The move from Sweden to Germany. This is an AWFUL company

Very nice company and friendly people. I hired them to move 15 boxes and a bicycle from Amsterdam to Copenhagen. A week before the move, they delivered moving boxes, including wrapping paper etc to my house. They were always easy to contact and flexible with the planning. My only problem was that the delivery to Copenhagen was a bit slower than anticipated. I really recommend using them for your move.

I think this company works with poor staff and is also very unfair to its employees. I once worked for this company through an employment agency (Wiver, Nijmegen). I got up at 5 in the morning and was not home until around 6 in the evening. I was sick (tired) that day and indicated that I was therefore unable to work until 10 o'clock in the evening (the foreman told me that we had to work until late in the evening). I wanted and therefore went home earlier, but I did work hard that day. In any case, I find it unreasonable for them to have employees work from early in the morning until 10 in the evening, but my request was reasonable anyway because I was still home tired the day before. Nevertheless, the foreman was very unreasonable and he got angry with me. Showed zero respect. I received zero compassion or understanding from this man after I indicated that I was physically unable to work 15+ hours that day. I still don't understand why the employment agency gave me this job if they knew that I was suffering from fatigue, but that aside. I contributed my bit that day. Truck loaded with stuff. Around 4 o'clock I went with a driver who had to unload heavy furniture at a different address. I went with this driver (with the permission of the foreman) so that I could be home around 6 am. A driver like that, of course, cannot unload heavy furniture in his uppie, so it goes without saying that I just worked hard because otherwise he would never have been able to unload all that heavy furniture in a short time. Why do I report that I have worked hard? Because Jacobs's relocations have refused to pay me. This is an amount of at least 80 euros. She told Wiver that she supposedly refused to pay me because I had not worked hard enough. You can't do that, can you? Suppose I did not work hard enough (because I was suffering from being tired), then you still have no right not to pay someone his salary. Wiver has therefore withheld 80 euros from my salary because this company is incredibly unreasonable and unprofessional. Forcing someone to work for 15 hours or more is one thing, but not to pay someone for stupid reasons such as: He covered himself with sunburn all the time, he didn't work from 7 in the morning until 10 in the morning. evening, he did not work hard enough (I did work hard even though I was tired) yes ... I can really get angry about that. It is now 2 years ago and I really hope that a better and more reasonable staff works for this company .. How these people treat their employees is unacceptable. If I was rich and could afford an expensive lawyer, I would have sued this company a long time ago. How on earth can you refuse to pay a salary if someone just works his or her hours? I recommend everyone who reads this to choose a different removal company.

We recently moved from Spankeren to Velp. At 0.800 o'clock the gentlemen of Jacobs moved. And exactly at the agreed time. They introduced themselves nicely and with their 3rd, 2nd an action plan was made. All items not yet packed were handled with great care. Also the linen cupboard / beds and mattresses were handled with care in the afternoon we left for velp where the men put everything back in place with care. your company does not deserve 5 stars but 10 stars and a compliment to the men of, REMOVAL COMPANY JACOPS VELP Sincerely. Willem and Loes van Zetten
