After removing the blockage, the plumber said no warranty. I was expecting no warranty about the blockage, but it turns out he destroyed my afvoer because there was no stink before he worked on my WC. Now there is strong foul smell leaking. I sent a complaint, no one is responding.

Stefan went to work very nicely and energetically with knowledge. First at the beginning: replace chiffon and then flush and unclog with the spiral. Also strong in communication. Even look in the crawl space to see if a second problem could arise. Check everything well. We are very satisfied and will recommend this company 100% to others.

Awesome! For the appointment, I was called with the message due to corona that no time could be indicated yet. Within 1 hour I received a call from the mechanic stating that he will be there within 20 minutes and that was correct. Mechanic Stefan did a good job and gave a number of tips about tackling other blockages if necessary! I am grateful to Stefan for the good service!
