It was very difficult communicatively, no explanation, no confirmation email and no contact as to what it turned out to be.
We don't have the best experience with this broker. We have visited a rental house twice with Petra, one of the employees of B & vL. Both times she was badly prepared, she could not or insufficiently answer our questions and the information she did provide turned out to be incorrect. The communication in the run-up to the signing of the agreement at the 2nd house was not good, we had to call everywhere at the back ourselves. Also, all of a sudden we were presented with disproportionate costs that had not been mentioned before and when inquired about this, Petra was very vague and laconic, even annoyed with our questions. Moreover, we would only receive the contract after we had paid the (quite high) deposit. We therefore asked for a draft contract and when we eventually got it with great difficulty, it turned out that the contract contained completely different (crucial) things than had been agreed verbally. In short, an unreliable and non-transparent broker who does not want to make any effort for its potential tenants. After inquiring, we now know that B & vL's working method is not as it should be. We are glad that we finally followed our gut feeling just in time and did not go into business with this broker. We now know how it is possible and we have found a nice house through a reliable broker.

When I had to find something new as quickly as possible I had applied everywhere but these people helped me out with a nice apartment. I am still grateful to them.
