I used the services of123Wonen to rent out a furnished flat in Arnhem and I'm satisfied with the level of the provided service. I received proper advice and guidance trough out the process. The prospective candidates visits were well scheduled and organized. The finalization of the deal: signing of contract, inspection and handling over the flat was also well planed and documented. All at all, my renting out experienced was quite smooth and I don't hesitate to recommend using the services of 123Wonen. A. Pentchev

Very bad experience, not professional and ultimately unreliable agency

We are currently starting legal proceedings against 123Wonen. Unfortunately, the services provided by this party did not go according to plan. (Notably by Mandy Hendriks and Oscar Schutten, two employees of 123Wonen) We were looking for a rental home in Arnhem. The moment we found a rental home through the 123Wonen website and had already arranged everything (signed contracts and deposited a deposit), everything went wrong. We have tried to keep in touch with Mandy Hendriks and Oscar Schutten but unfortunately without any success. As a party we felt let down and cheated. After we fulfilled our obligations in the commitment, there was no response for a long time. Oscar Schutten has indicated that he fulfills his duties on behalf of Mandy Hendriks and is therefore waiting until Mandy Hendriks gave some agreement for further progress. However, this has stood still for a long time. I find it very unpleasant how the collaboration went. The above story is part of the nasty experience we have had. We also feel very cheated by Mandy Hendriks and Oscar Schutten. The rental contract (drawn up by these two employees on behalf of 123Wonen) contains paragraphs that do not correspond to the wishes of the tenant and the landlord, causing a conflict between us and the landlord. Due to the misunderstandings (which arose by 123Wonen), we and the landlord almost came to a legal confrontation purely because of 123Wonen's mistakes. I will certainly NOT recommend 123Wonen. I am curious about what the judge will decide on the above case. I would also advise avoiding Mandy Hendriks and Oscar Schutten.

On behalf of a good friend. After I left my house, I went through everything with the real estate agent. Everything was fine. My former landlord is refusing to refund the security deposit. Broker says her services have ceased after the move. Sloppy and disappointing.
