Ad hoc was very transparent, always quick responses, excellent thinking and flexible response to problems. Always super friendly and trusted contact with them! Sounds like they paid me to write this review, but I am genuinely really satisfied and 3 stars average is really way too little.

After living in a nice place through ad hoc for a year, the house was unfortunately demolished. This was of course known in advance. Fortunately, there was the so-called priority scheme. This arrangement ensures that residents whose homes are demolished or sold are given priority over the next available place in the region. Unfortunately, this turned out to be different in reality. A month before the demolition date, another house would be available, which of course would go to us. After a month of waiting & calling, the location turned out to be 'unavailable', for no reason. Then there were 3 similar residences in the region that we would get 100%. However, these verbal agreements were not kept every time. After 3 months of calling, our calls were dropped, and we only had to send an email to headquarters. The way Adhoc deals with their 'customers' is disrespectful. Hence this assessment .... A final piece of advice for anyone who dares to work with ad hoc; Do not do this for the long term!

They schedule you for introductory talks without consultation on weekdays when average people just have to go to school or work. If you reject this twice, they decide that you are not suitable for a house with them. I don't know what kind of protocol this is, but I don't feel called to register again if they handle it this way. The reviews of others just support my point that this soft saying is not the ideal housing foundation.

How an organization (AdHoc management) hides behind the fact that it has no tenants but users. Which apparently means that one can do everything with the "users" and no longer have to take any responsibility. We have come across an organization against us that does not take complaints seriously, omits communication and literally leaves residents in the cold. But despite the courage to call to ask if we want to show new users around the building. After all, money has to be made again! We would like to warn everyone in this way about the conditions that exist around this AntiKraak organization. And it is advisable to go before going into business with AdHoc management.
