After my puppy was bitten in the area and my old DA was too far away (due to relocation), visited this practice for the first time. Helped well in itself, time was immediately made and I was given antibiotics and painkillers. It was said that the next day it was necessary to see if the jaw was completely good. I was not called about that, I was not asked how my dog ​​was doing. Eventually I called myself and then they said "well if she is active it will be okay, you don't have to come". Cup was all swollen and I was quite worried. They have not seen that there was a hole in the cheek and an entire molar has broken off that now months later does not come off (milkweed) and probably needs to be removed. I don't think all of that is possible and have always had a much more empathetic experience with my old DA. Now I have become a customer at another DA in the area where I am also well heard as a person and where they genuinely care about the animals they help. I completely missed that feeling at Dap de Dorskamp and they also missed a piece of diagnosis.
