Incredibly nice and patient dentist. When I started with her I had a lot of pain and I was quite anxious about the treatments. She took the time for the treatment and also took the signs of pain seriously. For people with fear of the dentist, trust is very important and she has more than succeeded in doing that with me. 10/10

An incredibly beautiful practice. A dentist who takes time for you. Our whole family feels comfortable with this dentist. Our children have been treated by dentist De Graaf from the age of six. And only positive experiences. They are now around 12 years old and independently arrange their appointments at this practice.

Professional dentist who clearly understands her profession. Punctual and patient. Very satisfied with the personal approach. Makes the treatment as pleasant as possible. Good information before and after the treatment. Very pleasant to deal with children. An absolute must and what a beautiful practice!

*** summary: not suitable for dealing with young children. Bad at handling feedback *** We went to this dentist with our six-year-old son. The first time was okay, research was done, the next time the first holes were filled. Placing the anesthetic hurt disproportionately. Something like that can sting, or hurt for 4 seconds. Long after the anesthetic had worn off, our little one was still in a lot of pain from the injection. During the next visit, we clearly indicated that the anesthetic was very painful for our little one. The answer was a defensive "I've never heard that before". Subsequently, the treatment was done without anesthesia, whereby our little one got the well-known ring around his tooth. This was just a lot of roaring and screaming in pain. We don't feel heard and are extremely disappointed. Of course we leave a dentist who treats our little one in this way, in an age group in which the (fear) image of the dentist is formed. The first encounters were okay, research was being done into the state of his teeth. The next time the first teeth were filled with local anesthesia. This injection hurt disproportionately. Usually it stings for a minute, this time the sting lasted more than a couple of hours and even surpassed the pain caused by drilling. Our little one, usually a tough and strong boy suffered a lot from it. So at the next visit we politely mentioned the fact that the local anesthesia hurt so much the last time. This was met with a defensive response: "I've never heard anyone say that to me before". After that the treatment was performed without anesthesia. Our boy had a lot of pain because the clamp around put around his teeth hurt badly. He cried a lot. We are disappointed. We don't feel heard and do not feel heard. More importantly this manner of treatment to a six year old boy is counterproductive. In this age his image of dentists is being formed. Ours was fine before, but afraid of the dentist now. It goes without saying we are never going back here.
