Dissatisfied with the receptionist, an elderly woman with dark blond hair. Responds unkindly and always seems to be grumpy. I think the other one with light blond hair is super. She radiates kindness and that's how she comes across. I like to be helped by her. I also think dentist Richard is a very strange man. He does not know how to positively stimulate and motivate someone to brush their teeth better. Normally when I come from the dentist I get a boost of motivation, but after my visit with him (my own dentist has left) I did not have that at all. He also couldn't say goodbye to me in a decent way. Didn't even look at me either, but sat with his back to me. Furthermore, my big compliments to the woman who does the teeth cleaning, I have lost her name, but I think it was Sandra? She's a wonderful woman, I wish she were my dentist.

I have been a customer of this dentist for most of my life. I have been in contact several times regarding the same problem. The last time it got so out of hand that I unsubscribed immediately. The assistant on the phone was unfriendly and would not listen. Very unprofessional behavior, communication and service! This confirms the previous reviews! Definitely not recommended !!! Stay away if you want to go for healthy teeth.

Was not satisfied with the services of this dentist practice for some time. Assistants on the phone have not been on the phone for a long time. Dentist Daan is very antisocial towards his patients. Enter into discussions with your customers why the waiting time is long, you should not handle this way. And then shout after me that he will send my file. Immediately registered somewhere else, don't let me be treated so strange.

Excellent dentists, dental hygienists and other staff. My family has been coming here for 4 generations and that is not without reason! Service is of paramount importance and that is also apparent from the staff. Even if I once had someone other than my regular dentist, it was again someone who took the time and made it a personal treatment. I have never experienced horror stories here, nor heard from others.
