Dentist Sebastiaan was the 1st dentist (in my life) while working on my broken tooth.. without a shot .. I felt no pain.. was to the point. .I was in and out in 20 minutes .with a new tooth :)

The appointment was an hour later in my diary than at the dentist, I admit that my mistake but at the desk all understanding for the mistake laughed together because that can happen and a new appointment is no problem. We now had time for a cup of coffee was said. Not once talked about a bill that would follow. Now just received a bill of 40 euros !!! Probably according to the rules but feels very wrong. I am never helped on time but always 5 or 10 minutes late, of course there is no compensation for that. Very short-sighted and very bland, reason for me to go and see another dentist.

Patient satisfaction for years; due to the departure of the practitioner, now another dentist, who is ok. Flip tip: don't talk to an assistant about the dental problems of others while I am in the treatment chair with a hook behind my molars.

Very bad !! My wife has a thread behind her teeth, it has gone loose and is no longer fastened by the dentist 2 days later my wife calls again and there would be a referral to her email after 2 days finally an e-mail but not what she had expected there had to be done two small holes before she got a referral (handy that they also called her here instead of sending an email !!) my wife got this mail on Friday has called a few times right but always received no response. All weekend no eye closed because that thread pricks and annoying. They will not know what they're talking about on Monday and they just think it's a vague story until her colleague has helped her better understand the system she works with. Well they did not have time for my wife until Wednesday when she says I can not wait that long you can make a rush of it anyway? A tough No! We have just come here to live and this is as different as our old dentist a real people people who made time for everyone at all if someone indicates pain or irritation in the mouth! My wife says then I go looking for another dentist why Ms reply that is good just say that it is a thread! Unbelievable that you are so involved with people !! We will never come here again. Let this message be a warning to people who want to join this practice.
