I would have given even less than 1 star if i could. They put a pictures of one thing in the website and then deliver only one piece of it! the delivery is not free and also sending it back is not free.

Do not have correct delivery times on their site. This is pretty much the same with all these crap middlemen ordering stuff from china.

had to chase my order for a time each time Mrs on line would let me call back not happened .. I would like to have delivered in the afternoon because of work now 3x guess who would ring the doorbell at 10 o'clock in the morning ... free-standing bath of € 2600 (170 kilos) is supplied in plastic foil in a wooden "box". and also arrived damaged after having incurred so many costs for a moving lift and a very expensive bath ... p.s. my black freestanding bath is not supplied black but black + white. am curious about their solution, I emailed.

Not a reliable party and e-commerce experience is really poor. I have placed an order and received confirmation. Then there is no follow-up from their side where I just reach out. After 2 weeks we receive the confirmation that our products are no longer available (while they were in promo). When asking for a refund, we first get the message that we are being 'partially' refunded and we have to make another follow-up call to demand a full refund (according to them 'small mistake'). Rarely had such a bad customer experience

Shower cabin ordered that was not correct with description. When we unpacked the box there was minor damage but because they hadn't seen it after 48 hours they don't want to go back. They respond badly or not to you. This shower store is really not recommended, really super bad service!
