A promise is a debt Roof above our apartment replaced. Promises three times that they would clean up the black mess on our terrace. Still lying there. Email will not be responded to. We are not used to this from OP.

Beginning of the week indicated that I am a novice leakage. I'll call back, but alas. Called again at the end of the week. Now called back by one frame. Appointment made he will look between 15:00 and 16:00. Unfortunately nobody came.

Replace the tap. Arranged quickly. But with over 300 euros, an expensive joke. Too expensive for repetition, we think.
