Real estate agent, who among other things rented out holiday homes, and with the (substantial) deposit goes away with the final bill, by charging costs for cleaning the very nicely delivered property (which is also said on delivery) absurdly high costs for household waste, and costs for vague defects that are for the lessor according to the rental contract! If you then ask for substantiation, you will not receive it, and you can whistle for your deposit.

Henk has sold my house in Harderwijk. This concerned an upstairs apartment in a shopping mall. The sale went smoothly and the communication I was very pleased with. Henk took the time to explain things and to support me with my paper work.
