This was our first encounter with Rietbeheer. The inspection visit for the maintenance of our thatched roof went very pleasantly. The offer was attractive, although on a cost-plus basis, so we felt we took a risk. The executive thatcher, a very kind and personable man, worked hard, precisely and cleanly and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. In the end, he stayed within the estimated budget and even carried out additional embellishments in consultation. Our roof was green with scuffs here and there, visible binding threads and even mushrooms, and now looks excellent again with beautiful curves and clean lines. Afterwards, the roof was foamed as protection against algae to extend the life of the roof. This also went smoothly and cleanly. All in all, we are more than satisfied with Rietbeheer!

Due to the major maintenance on the thatched roof, a new thatched roof has been created. The thatchers have a good vision of the lines of the roof. This is reflected in the craftsmanship that they have delivered. Furthermore, the thatchers were pleasant and flexible to deal with and also service oriented.

Compliments for Rietbeheer! My request was answered promptly, and an inspection and useful advice soon followed. That was later summarized in a neat mail. Our roof has since been thoroughly inspected and, where necessary, professionally repaired. And that within a month of our first contact with Rietbeheer! It's nice if you occasionally find a company where everything is right: communication, craftsmanship, honesty, quality and price. I definitely recommend Rietbeheer for anyone with care for their thatched roof.
