Due to corona measures, you were asked for some patience when ordering and you received a discount for that. I think that's neat. I had ordered a pair of pencils from Derwent and 1 color was not in stock at the factory, which I was informed by email with the question if I wanted an alternative or a refund. After that it went fast and I was able to try out the new pencils two days later! Good communication, good packaging. This was my first order, but more will follow. 👍👍

My favorite store to make my purchases, beautiful spacious store, large assortment and the employees are super friendly, helpful and service oriented. In addition, very willing to give advice. In this modern hasty and often impersonal society I still find a welcome reception and personal approach, I like to drive a bit further for it. Come there very regularly and Doesburg is also very unique.

What a treat to order here! When the shops are open again (and the veranda is to) book a weekend in Doesburg to have a good look in this shop! I'm already looking forward to it. And am already saving haha. Super happy with my first order, second order will arrive soon.

This store has it all, for the novice or demanding artist: professional products at a competitive price, and friendly employees with expert advice. And it is very nice! Hope the shop can open again soon, then you can experience it yourself!

Awesome store! Always a fan of the service, but now during the lockdown completely pleasantly surprised by the attentive delivery service. They even wanted to drive 13 km for three tubes of paint, luckily we could arrange a delivery address closer, but nothing is too much for them here. Are you looking for a nice shop for all your hobby items, then definitely go here!
