Mr Staal is very knowledgeable and involved. From the first contact, he has been "stuck" in my case. Throughout the process he was very clear and open in his communication and kept me well informed of the progress of the case. The matter has been settled to my full satisfaction. In the future, I hope that I will not ever have to use a personal injury lawyer again, but if this were the case, I would definitely choose Balans Personal Injury Lawyers again!
