Installation never got really working properly. T&I is a company that is very enthusiastic about starting a project. They replaced me with an existing heating system for a pellet stove and have installed an alarm system. The start was good and everything seemed competent, solutions were devised. That is why I don't give 1 star but 2. The alarm system worked for 10 months, after which an error appeared and the pellet stove for a year and a half where design errors forced me to climb into the pellet supply every few weeks to push the pellets down , which gives you a lot of dust in your lungs. A reason for me to take the installation out of operation. This is the reason that I did not pay the last invoice at the time (about 15% of the total amount transferred to them), both installations did not work properly, stating that I would pay the invoices if everything worked properly. Finally I let myself improve pellet storage and recently started up the heat again. Unfortunately, the installation smelled and the heat did not enter the house. I've tried to call several times and there was no answer or call back. Eventually, when I called another outgoing number, I got an employee on the line, the man who installed the alarm system. The bills were not paid an eyesore and said they saw no reason to fix the problem. In short: An alarm system that only works for 10 months and a pellet stove that never works properly ensure that this company, despite their enthusiastic beginnings, cannot score sufficiently. They literally leave their customers in the cold. Thought it was important to write this review, because a heating installation is that you should not only enjoy the first year but also the next 29 years. An honest opinion: If the company T had called was probably resolved. The company & I, unfortunately, I noticed this repeatedly, less focused after-service. I will find another heating engineer and a good installer for the alarm system, unfortunately I cannot count on you so it is of no use to enforce the guarantee through you ..
