Stocker came to my house. Had some settings on ATAG One - smart thermostat - changed. Partly because of this, a valve had opened so that the underfloor heating no longer got hot water. So a cold floor. The technician resolved the matter within minutes. But because of my many questions about correct setting, it was almost an hour. Finally someone who could explain everything. Turns out to be difficult matter. The manual also lacks background information. And previous questions to colleagues could not be answered. Just take a look at the online manual. But it is not there. What options are available. But it was impossible for me to do without why.

Leakage at the bottom of the Daalderop boiler. Problem explained over the phone. The service technician arrived quickly and immediately had the right part with him. Top!
