The first real winter day with snow, our boiler breaks down. Despite the harsh weather with difficult roads, the problem was resolved within a few hours. Top!

Called Buwegs for the first time after a malfunction in our boiler. Within an hour they were at the door, with the right things already with them. After an hour we could go back to work in our kitchen. Class!

Special service, would call back several times, but unfortunately nothing came of this. Instead of consultation I received an invoice with handwritten exclamation marks and the boiler is not yet functioning properly. I give the 2 stars because they were perfectly on time the first time, but I would recommend another installation company.
