So much trouble for little savings. I chose 2 pairs of glasses after 3 weeks I received a message that one was wrongly delivered and I would have to wait another 3 weeks. Then the glasses were picked up and complaints were always dismissed with: it was a new pair of glasses you had to get used to and the like. After two weeks I didn't get used to it. I went back and complained about the glasses. 3 women sat at the three tables and talked quite lively with each other. I sat there and waited for it to continue. Long story short ... I went to Winterswijk 5 times and have 2 glasses that I can't read with. So almost a total failure. I will buy my next pair of glasses from Fielmann again. They are a bit more expensive but with the travel expenses it will be the same.

One of the best opticians I've ever met and I've been wearing glasses for 50 years. Super nice service, it takes time no matter how full the shop and Saturday, January 18, 2020 it was very full because of the great offer again 3 varifocals for 358.00 euros. Unbeatable. My 4 glasses that I bought there in 2015 are all still fine and if my eyes hadn't deteriorated I would surely be able to wear them for another 5 years. It doesn't get any better, I will only buy my next pair of glasses here. Keep up the THANK YOU that there are opticians and you and such nice staff.

Was on December 21, 2019 in Winterswijk. Until then I only heard good things: very good and friendly advice, eye test, choice of glasses. I have to say my expectations were met. Friendly service and advice, took advantage of the offer 2 + 1. Delivery time communicated faster than before. Pickup with setting went very quickly.

My husband took yesterday his new glasses. But he did it with nothing. Went back yesterday and the eyes turned out to be completely wrong! 😳 So new glasses are used, but you have to wait another 3 weeks! So now did have liked faster. The store does not work by appointment, so there is often a long wait before your turn.

I was here yesterday to buy new glasses. I decided to buy 2 glasses and get one for free. One of the glasses becomes a pair of sunglasses. The advice was very good and also the attitude of the strength for the glasses was good. In the waiting time I was offered coffee. All in all, top: friendly advice and competent team, glasses at a great price-performance ratio.
