Before a few months ago I was triggered by seeing an FB movie, wow that looks cool! Should I be able to, I thought 😅. Was already familiar with some forms of yoga but not yet with vinyasa yoga. Under the good guidance of Vika I was able to discover that it has a very dynamic character and it is a decent but super fun challenge for me. A lot of movement, challenging postures in a properly constructed lesson is entrusted to Vika. She is professional, super friendly and has personal attention for everyone. In short, I became super enthusiastic and very satisfied and can only recommend Vika! 🤩🙏🏻

Since February I go to Yoga Mode Studio, also during the corona time I followed the yoga classes online. My body has since become healthier and stronger! Vika is professional and gives everyone personal attention. Really recommended for everyone!
