The staff at this location are wonderful. They really helped me out with my car rental and with extending my rental due to an unexpected situation. Highly recommend renting a car from this place.

I will tell you about my experience here so that everyone can see, why should I leave this issue untreated like it has been until now and people clueless about it? Whenever we have tried to rent a car, the one that we wanted wasn't there, but you always have a solution, don't you? We can take another one that has the same price(only the car, because the price for the insurance is higher), but with this location you went a step further telling us ANOTHER price than what was written on the website and when we told you this, you felt cornered so you changed the price to what we told you we have seen on the website(we had screenshots to prove) This problem happens everywhere around the world and it helps you thirst of money with no regards to the customer grow bigger.

Hans was very helpful as i wasn't able to drop the car of, he organised someone to come and collect the car from where i work. I will defiantly use Europcar in Leeuwarden again because of Hans.

Great customer service, friendly staff.

The person who gave me the car was very offensive and insulting to me in front of everyone in that place. All of this with the racists background. I am going to write an official complaint about this.
