We were called the Monday after this weekend that there was a huge scratch in the hood. Repair costs: 800 euros! After many tedious discussions, it was clear that the two of us would not work it out. Because we were not responsible for the scratch, we filed a lawsuit, in which the judge ruled that we were in our right and were not responsible for the repair of the damage. The attitude of the employees involved was also extremely indifferent.

I'm a bit shocked by the other reviews. I don't recognize this. I rented a VW UP for a week at the end of May. Was able to put my electric bike in a guarded garage, perfect. Worthless company, I rented a company car there for part of the day to pick up some materials from Zwolle. You get a fairly new car in itself. During the checkup, a damage spot is already immediately detected, which is ABSOLUTELY NOT !! was caused by us. You also only see this place if you stand in front of the car in a certain way and the light falls on it in a certain way. If you are right in front of it you don't even see it. (therefore not noticed early in the morning). Well when he came back, he walked almost immediately - as if he knew in advance what to look for - and voila ... That wasn't there this morning ... Yeah right! Nicely withheld the deposit and want to treat us to an invoice. Since I do not agree with this, of course, and that clearly shows, the guy calls 'someone else' at the counter, who had to be picked up with a car. That cock doesn't even bother getting out of the car, but apparently could remotely see that this damage was not over this morning. Yes ... that's easy to say ... My advice ... walk BOW around this shop. I go i.e. do it from now on.
