Was here this morning to ask where I, as a Rabobank customer, can deposit coins / paper money. Beautiful large new building, a bar in the front and it has the appearance of a Grand Café. Only seen one lady at a counter at the door. He told me that I cannot withdraw or deposit any small change in Emmen, and that I can only deposit sailbags. The money size story is well known to me for the future. Because Rabobank has removed the deposit / withdrawal devices since the end of July, all customers, with the exception of the sailbag deposits, must make their deposits to Klazienaveen, Coevorden or elsewhere. So, like many customers, I have not been able to withdraw coins or make money deposits in Emmen for 8 weeks. If you submit a complaint about this, you will receive a box of chocolate sent home. As if you are a child. Rabobank is just doing what you should be doing. Provide your customers with the service they need. And improve your communication towards your customers. Called Rabobank last week. Question about deposits recorded. Tells an employee that deposits can be made in Angelslo. But this facility is not there at all.
