Been to this beautiful case this morning. The owner was extremely friendly (is that mandatory if you want to become a franchiser?) He was helpful, even more than I expected, got the chance to pick up cards upstairs. no question was too much, very correct help and a pity that I do not live in the area. I would like to come here every week. Compliments for your help sir!

Arrogant, stiff and unfriendly staff, especially to children they are not really friendly.

Will you return your package (small plastic bag), just had to be stuck. My husband had to pay 4.50 euros because tape is not free, she is the employee. My husband said that he does not, so he had to pay 50 cents. Really ridiculous! Bad service! Well busy as owner!
