Good place for shopping

Bad experiences and especially forms of tight groceries. We brought back bake-off rolls that didn't taste at all. After a long wait we received confirmation that there were more complaints about this and: "You will hear from us" ... so never heard anything again. And now there was an offer of smoked sausage. Upon inquiry, the computer was not aware of this price (13 cents cheaper!). The only action that followed then: we will remove that cheaper price tag !? . For example, the word groceries (still) has a negative meaning and it seems that AH Hardenberg will in any case not change that. Are they already bad at this time? Greetings I'm looking for a nicer store, hence 2 stars (does NOT mean nice!)

I already knew that I couldn't buy a Weekend, Story or, for example, Donald Duck here and that I myself have to think about getting a parking fee back, but that you can't even buy December scratch cards here was still new. Special ah this.
