Great, after Klazienaveen no more shop in hardenberg (or other name? Watch out!) I will never come here again. That owner does not want to cooperate at all if you have a complaint. Not even if you've been a customer there for years. Be warned!

Faulty laptop offered for repair. Request to install windows 10. After 2 weeks notice that nothing was possible anymore, storage medium too small for w 10 and the PC was no longer accessible in any way, so say goodbye and buy new ones. Yet taken again and given to a colleague who still wanted to take a look but was not an expert. After 3 days. Message windows 10 was installed and only the touchscreen had to be activated. Everything works perfectly and quickly. Rara how is this possible. I give forcys 1 star because they did not charge. No forcys for me because I think the craftsmanship in the service department is lacking. You can also buy new elsewhere.
