When I saw the rather adolescent Facebook page of this shop / owner with tons of macho photos and a Google picture with a lot of banknotes (tough, that again) I started to hesitate to contact us at all. Yet I passed on what problem I had with my device and asked what was possible and whether this can be repaired. I got a response back with just an amount, no kindnesses, no pleasantries, nada. This amount also turned out to be 7 (!!!) times higher than at the competitor. Anything but customer-friendly, does not seem to be looking for trade. Perhaps not so bad with all those piles of banknotes ..... At least you won't see me there again
