Super cozy and beautiful gym with good guidance! Many different strength equipment that are 1.5m apart! Everyone can train from beginners to advanced in this gym! Long opening hours 18/7/365 Also a lot of variation in group lessons from punching bag training to yoga and much more ..... Sports center Dalen is highly recommended 💪🏼🏋🏼‍♀️🥇🏆

Trained here for a long time with great pleasure. Been away for a while, but still decided to come back now. A gym where you are not seen as a number. A gym where the owner is actually involved with his customers and can always be found on the floor for tips and tricks. Gold recommended.
