Ordered lunch at the office. A sandwich was missing. When I called about this I was told that I 'had to' come and get it, while I had ordered 'delivered' via home. When I indicated (stern but neatly) that I did not agree, before I had finished my sentence, I was told in no uncertain terms that I had to treat the employee in question normally, otherwise she would hang up the phone. The moment I wanted to respond to that, people actually hanged. I went to the store to get the sandwich and to indicate that I did not appreciate this state of affairs, and there the lady in question went loose again on me and my colleague. This went to the point where she wanted to kick us out. In the end the sandwich was received. This was our last sandwich at Bakker Bart.
