Opened 2 accounts last month, this took 1/2 hour, so we received a few things from people who came in. What a great service is provided, very thoughtful and helpful. We were not used to this at the Rabo (cold treatment). Keep it up ABNAMRO

If you have to arrange your affairs, the entire office in Assen is suddenly closed .... You may go find out yourself where they are, because your customers sending a removal message is too much work and a message on the premises apparently too. Such a shame that this worthless bank has taken over the old fortis ....

Employees have a very low opinion of their customers. Am now more than 2 months in a process and every time they do not keep their appointment. I cannot expect any apologies either. Is pointed from the cupboard to the wall. Very unfriendly people. I also think it is a bad thing that a number of employees give 5 star ratings to the review for this company. This gives a crooked image.
