Very annoying experience. Before the karaoke set was actually arranged, some phone calls and emails went from our side to the provider, but there was no response. Karaoke set did not work properly, and when it was communicated with the provider, there was a totally disinterested response and the message that 'we should have called'. When it was reported that they are very difficult to reach, as it turned out, that was dismissed. No apologies or concessions were offered after the complaint and the set could not be used.

Very bad experience with this company. Called 3 times and recorded voicemail and recorded 1 time, 2 emails sent and no response. The particular karaoke set that was rented did not work and the staff were unimpressed and unwilling to make an adjustment in the price after we indicated that we could not use the features. A company I would personally avoid.

For me there is only one highlight for every student party, when the karaoke is turned on and everyone can sing along to all the bad hits. Then as a study association you can get a karaoke set from D.I.A. and then you assume that everything is okay. Everything looked fine, until the moment comes when it is time for the karaoke, and it appears that the system is not functioning properly. Very unfortunate this.
