I am so grateful for Freestyler Pilates Training module. When applying pilates flavour to freestyler has super magic feeling.It creates awareness , It keep you in zone and improve body alignment by strengthening deep muscles including core muscles.It was an amazing experience with Education Specialist Anemiek. I'm not very familiar with online trainings, but you made it very simple to learn. Really appreciated for the knowledge and you are one of the best teacher I have met. Last weekend I followed a teacher of hatha yoga and a few weeks ago child yoga 0-6 years. Both very nice inspiring courses! Fine skilled teachers, Annemiek and Annet. Despite corona measures an effective course that I hope to do a lot with in the future.

Nice thing, my wife is following yoga here. And is happy with it .., I have seen all the devices
