In general happy about this store .. unfortunately not today. Window sills ordered from the Can Do brand. These were all damaged when we picked them up. Swapping was of no use, according to the store employee, because "they usually arrived damaged, but most people don't need a full length anyway".

Bad service! I bought a claw hammer, but my wrist started to bother me during use. Back to the store asking if I could exchange it for a lighter version (also available in the store). The employee expected that this could be done, but still had to consult with his boss. NOT POSSIBLE, we can never sell these again, was the answer ... Sure there were some scratches but unsaleable ?? Why then did his colleague consider this hammer worthy of exchange? In these times when mega turnover is being turned, one item (
