I paid and ordered a nice present, I thought. Last Saturday it was delivered and there was the receipt and no note what I had asked for. My father then called the Vlaam and they could say nothing there. He eventually saw a phone number which was my number. I was angry. I am making a nice order as a gift, add a request to add a note to the order. That does not happen, but the receipt does. I call Nico van de Vlaam and tell my story. Then I ask my father to take a picture of the box with the receipt. What jokes my surprise I paid 26.50 for my order and the receipt shows an amount of 26.32. Now I also know that you cannot always weigh it accurately to the penny, but if you prepare an order that has been paid and is going to be delivered, you make sure that you get your amount or, if necessary, a little more. NEVER less. Had a biscuit or an egg added. And if the order had been delivered as intended, the receipt would not have been included and no rooster would have crowed at it. It is "only" about 18 cents but I don't think this is neat. I even think it's a scam. Super bad firm De Vlaam how you deal with orders and customers.

Bought sourdough bread today which is not fully cooked after returning home. Strange if you buy bread from a bread baker that is not edible ...

Nowhere else will you find such delicious stroopwafels as here. Simply the very best. Always get them for my whole family
