Have ordered 2 products from vidaxl. Both do not meet description. Which in itself is not so bad if you can send it back at least .. In your account you can arrange a return. but this is not available or there is NO orders, which I just have to click to continue. Phone number can hardly be found. Not on their site. I call every day and due to improvement they cannot be reached by phone. eventually I found an e-mail address and I get just as heart back with error. not available for mail to vidaxl. I no longer come into contact and have an order of almost 75 euros in my stomach. Don't be announced how long this will take and whether she will answer another phone.
